This half-day tour takes us to the 200 year old village of Hatta, after an early departure by 4X4 vehicles; we proceed along the road until we reach the mountains. There you will have an adventurous drive through the rocky landscape. Rough driving can be rewarded by scenes of great and unexpected beauty as we pass big and small Wadis and we cross lush landscape. We will explore the Wadis.

We then continue our tour where we visit the Hatta Heritage Village seeing the oldest fort built in sixteen century, traditional way of watering the dates by well water, the house of the old Sheikh of Hatta and write up of all forts available in the UAE.
Our last stop is the Hatta Fort Hotel for lunch where we have our set menu lunch before returning back to Dubai.

The red dunes of Nizwa greet us on a journey that will take us through the Valley of Maleiha, which merges with the desert of the Rub'Al Khali and the western Hajar mountains. Off road, we'll pass by wadis, big and small, and cross lush landscape that surrounds the small settlements and villages deep in the mountains. There is an opportunity to swim, depending on the water level, so don't forget your swim suits and towels.
This is followed by a visit to the Heritage Village.
